Mike Schroff (Melges 15 USA 242) skipper and his guest crew, Canadian Abby Brown share their thoughts on building a team and sailing fast to achieve 2nd place by 1 point at the St Petersburg Helly Hansen Sailing World Regatta 2023. They were flying in their Melges 15. Both are long time dinghy sailors who also sail on large boats. Mike also discusses his coaching practice that he calls the Electric Pickle Experience.
