A female traffic controller is one of the many managerial jobs women do to boss the productive workers who have to put in the effort. The women themselves are not held accountable of their productivity. This video is a perfect example showing women using her privilege to slack off the job. If a male manager scolds and holds a women accountable, the woman could easily file a false accusation charge.
