Bean Soup

Easy Bean Soup from Scratch,, Bean Soup is a great winter soup, delicious and easy. I used 7 Beans dried beans, many different beans to choose from
just soak over nite and cook in the morning. Beans come in many different mixes, fun to choose your favorite, your grocery store should have a variety of dried beans. Make your broth with a left over ham bone or ham hocks, smells great while you cook it on top of the stove. Throw it all together and have a great roll and bowl of Bean soup.
Things you will need:
2-3 Ham Hocks OR
1 Left over Ham Bone
1 1/2 Cup Dried (I used 7 Bean Blend)
1 Med Onion
2 Cups Celery
2 Cups Carrot
Flour Mixture
1/2 Tsp Pepper
1/4 Cup Flour
l Large Egg
