100-7 Drill is as follows:

Start at 100 yards, drop to prone. Fire 1 round to body.
Run to 75 yards, drop to kneeling. Fire 1 round to body.
Run to 50 yards, drop to kneeling. Fire 1 round to body.
Run to 25 yards, stand. Fire 1 round to body.
Run to 7 yards, stand. Fire 1 round to head.
Run back to 100 yards and do another 9 cycles.

Drill is 10 cycles as mentioned above. Par is 22:00 or less in full gear.
Accuracy must be 5 or fewer misses.
Target is VR-16 or similar.
