Intro of me! Bronwyn. Why I started this YouTube channel @beyourownheronow

This is just a short intro video of me! Bronwyn Sims! I thought it would be important to share why I decided to start this YouTube channel entitled Be your own hero !This video talks a little bit about my background, and why I started this channel. I’ll share other videos more in depth about my past, my struggles, and my hopes for the future. I also may include sometimes my feelings on some of the political issues going on in this country right now, and in the world. 
I also feel it’s very important for women to be empowered right now. Especially around body image, weight, nutrition, exercise. I hope that by sharing my personal experiences that this will empower more women and men, too! Stay strong, work, hard, have humility, stay humble , disciplined, and have courage in this crazy world we live in. @beyourownheronow
