brisket cooked for 16 hours ♨️
Trim your brisket and season with some basic salt and pepper and whatever else you like on beef. Cook at 225F until the internal temp reaches 170F and then wrap the brisket in butcher paper and continue cooking until everything is probe tender usually around 203F. Unwrap and let the temp come down to about 175F and you can then rest it for hours in a cooler but I decided to slice into mine after waiting an hour and it was amazing. Total cook time was 16 hours.
