SIGHTINGS tv show from the early 90s, had an interesting segment in Season 4 Ep 14, titled THE DOOMSDAY MACHINE. This episode came out on January 28, 1996. One year before HAARP "became fully operational"... Could this responsible for earthquakes and other nasty weather phenomenon since "going live"??
