In modern medicine, the allopath is the captain. All others are deckhands. You can't mix one philosophy with another without diluting the other. Chemo and radiation therapy destroy the immune system and come with a host of permanent side effects rarely if ever mentioned.

The interesting thing is that all of these supportive therapies like acupuncture, naturopathic medicine, etc., have been disparaged for the last century, and still are in some respects. Nonetheless, they are used by modern medicine.
