CZ P-07

CZ P-07, chambered in 9mm with a 15+1 capacity is one of the perfect defense guns.

Recommended Uses:
TRG believes this is an excellent carry gun as well as for home or personal defense. The P-07 is a fun gun to shoot. It is excellent at the range.

As a Concealed Carry Gun:
The P-07 has more width when compared to similar platforms but its lightweight, shootability, and safety mechanisms more than compensate for slight size increase. The single/double action trigger and decocking mechanism allows for safe re-holstering after drawing.

Grip Ergonomics:
TRG suggests comfortable in medium or large hands. However, small hands can still effectively shoot and operate the controls of the P-07. See “Recoil” section.

Reliability:
Excellent with both Target and Defensive Ammo.

Recoil:
TRG rates this gun as 3 out of 10. Some smaller guns can be very snappy and unpleasant to shoot. This is where CZ excels. All CZ pistol slides are set low into the frame. This tends to reduce muzzle flip and make the recoil push straight back into your hand rather than flip up (this is a controversial statement and may draw criticism).

TRG Overall Opinion:
The P-07 is a great gun and should be considered “if you could only buy one gun.” TRG’s opinion the P-07 is an “all in one” package gun. Again fit and feel is a personal choice but TRG believes this gun warrants serious consideration. https://cz-usa.com/product/cz-p-07/
