Giant Ancient Scroll Discovered In Egypt

Good news, archaeologists have dug up an ancient Egyptian scroll inscribed with spells from the Book of the Dead. The scroll, made of ancient papyrus, is the second longest discovered and measures over 16 meters long.

The scroll was discovered last year in Cairo’s Saqqara necropolis and had been undergoing extensive restoration since May.

That might be code for “we accidentally read it out loud, and all the mummies came back to life,” at this point, it is too early to tell.
