Logan’s Run Revisited.

Based on work I had done on Stanley Kubrick’s The Shining and a scene from the remake of Susperia, a close friend requested I look into Logan’s Run. That is a film I actually remember seeing on the big screen when I was a child. The look of the futuristic buildings were copied by other 1970s brands. There are as I see it, three different worlds in Logan’s Run. There are the inner city, the Ivey lair of Box and the outside world. I wanted to make each place different so for the inner city, I changed to color timing through filters to give it a more artificial and deader like look with bursts of hot colors like red to contrast the environments. This first clip in the series is our first glimpse into this artificial environment.
