HOW TO MAKE TOSTONES with CUBAN twist

recipe:

6 garlic cloves, mashed into a paste
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup sour orange juice store-bought (or juice from 1 orange and 1/2 lime)
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
salt & pepper (to taste)
