This is where stupidity becomes a problem, because he is stupidly pursuing policies that drive inflation.

Carbon taxes.
Overspending.
Killing the oil and gas industry.

All this drives general inflation, and specifically food inflation.

Whom does this hurt the most? The people with the most disposable income? Or, the people with the least disposable income?

Inflation hurts the poor the most. Who populates the poor countries which are going to be most affected by food inflation, and reduced agricultural output.

Yes, poor black and brown countries.
