The U.S. is researching the use of lethal drone swarms

When Jen saw $9 million in funding for “autonomous offense swarming” in the 2023 National Defense Authorization Act, she immediately remembered hearing this testimony from George Schultz describing the potential use of lethal drone swarms against Russia at a hearing held in 2018.
