Twenty Third episode of the TV Show called "Soap", a comedy show which first aired in 1977.
Fabulous show, and one of my all time favourites.
Brilliant characters were written by Susan Harris, but caused controversy even back in the 1970's, but still made it to Four seasons.
Today it would not be even given a chance.

Resolution increased to HD.
