Ingredients:

200 g butter
110 g lemon curd
80 g icing sugar

Preparation:

Mix the soft butter with the icing sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the lemon curd.
Mix to incorporate everything.
Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
It’s ready to use.

Tips:

You can store the buttercream in the fridge for a few days, but you will need to bring it back to room temperature before piping, as the butter will make the buttercream hard. And you need to be quick when piping, holding the bag in your hand for too long will soften the buttercream quick and it will be hard to pipe.
