The Mysterious Case Of The Vanishing Comments

Hi everyone. There has been a lot of talk going on about the case of the mysterious vanishing - and sometimes reappearing - comments. Well, I am here to clear up and close the case.

There are a few ways that your comment can vanish temporarily. One is that YT has some glitches and sometimes when you post a comment, it vanishes. But if you wait a few minutes and then refresh the screen, the comment sometimes comes back.

Another possibility is that I have a swear word filter in place. Plus some spammy words are in there. This is set by myself and anything containing these words goes to the spam folder for me to review manually later.

Another possibility is that the trolls are marking your comments as spam. It then vanishes from view until I later go through the spam folder and manually approve a comment.

The trolls have been using this tactic with much success to turn people against me and even leave my channel. The trolls will mark a normal comment from a normal person as spam and then tell the person that I deleted their comments. Many people believe the lies and turn on me, or join the group to destroy me, or just leave the channel.

It is NOT me!!!!!

Now about people bothering or harassing you. I have no more control over the comments. The amount of comments has grown out of control in itself so I cannot even police the comments anymore at all.

If someone is bothering or harassing you, then block them yourself and you can no longer see their comments.

It does you no good at all for me to block anyone because they will still be able to comment through the YT back door and I just cannot see them. If you are being harassed by someone then block them yourself and you cannot see what they comment.

I am getting tired of private messages from someone calling me for help or asking me to block someone because they annoy them. I cant do a thing about it. Only you can block them yourself and never see them again.

If I block someone only I am blocked from seeing their comments. This does you no good at all.

The power is in your own hands. Block them.
