Melanie plays in the snow for the first time ever

Melanie got to see snow for the first time in her life. She is from the Philippines and has been excited about playing in the snow since meeting me.

We got our prayers answered on this trip when it snowed recently in Michigan.

Melanie got to try out her new winter clothes on this day. It was very windy but did not feel too cold.

We had a great time throwing chunks of snow at one another. The snow was not packing but the upper layer could be pulled up and tossed into the air.

Melanie had a blast playing in the fluffy white stuff.

We also made snow angles and photographed them for her family back home in the Philippines.

We had an ice sword fight as well. Melanie put up a good fight but I won in the end.
