Opening Day Hunting & 2 YouTube Guests Visit

Saturday was opening day of hunting season. Trucker Buck and Pooping Android from youTube came over to visit. We had a good weekend but sadly did not get a deer on the first two days of hunting.

Trucker Buck arrived Friday afternoon, just as I was finishing up with the work outside on my off grid solar battery shed. Perfect timing.

Saturday morning Pooping Android arrived after the early morning hunt. Trucker Buck and I both saw a bunch of deer but we did not get a change to drop one. There was a wolf right behind them.

Trucker Buck was in a hunting blind just about 30 feet from where they passed. I was about 100 feet further away sitting by a tree.

The deer ran through so fast that we barely had time to react.

I did get a good view of the wolf though. At first I thought it was a coyote but on further thought, it was way too large and gray. It was a beautiful wolf. And it was smiling. It was happy as anything chasing those deer.

When it saw me, it veered off through the swamp and that is why I got a better view of the wolf than I did the deer, which ran up the hill and away.

We celebrated Trucker Buck getting 1,000 subs on this weekend. He brought a very nice meal and I brought the bubbly.

We cooked it up on the grill outside and drank a toast to you, the viewer.
