I Am A Land Owner A Huge Moment For The Off Grid Project

I am now a land owner! The Off Grid Project can now go in without fear of ever moving again. The work I have invested in this place is now here to stay. Thank you all for being there and for making this possible.

Today I signed the contract and it was witnessed and notarized. It is a legal binding contract and I now own the land here that I have been developing for the past years.

We have been discussing the details of the contract for a year now but I did not want to talk about it until it was finished and signed. I have some enemies who were calling the land lady, threatening her and harassing her, trying to get me evicted. They even had plans to buy the land out from under me. So I could not mention a thing of my plans until it was for sure. I was still not sure until this very minute.

From this day forward I am living on my homestead. The off grid homestead is my land.

I invited Chris over for a pizza celebration and some alcohol free bubbly. This was too huge a moment to be alone.
