Melanie & I Cleaning Up The Off Grid Homestead

We plan to move everything out of the meadow, including the chickens. Then clean it up and plant winding gardens and walkways out there.

First the chickens have to be moved so the other day I built a chicken coop for the Bantam chickens to stay in. I will be expanding this soon.

Now it is time to remove the chicken fencing that protected the Bantams all this time.

Melanie was here helping me out with the project.

We were also cleaning up the entire area as we worked. Everything has a place now at the off grid homestead.

We managed to get the Bantam chicken area emptied out. All but for the chicken tractor which is too heavy for one person to move.
