Companies Fail In Learning and Development in Call Centers and Sales Teams
Have you ever experienced being given a phone book and a list of contacts on your first day at work? This is a common scenario in many contact centers, but what do you do with it? In this video, I share my experience and give some tips on how to navigate through the phone book and identify which contacts to start with.
Moreover, I discuss the importance of learning and development (L&D) in the workplace and how it can impact your career growth. Unfortunately, many companies fail to provide sufficient resources and support for their L&D teams, resulting in stagnant progress.
