How to do the Cable Bicep Curl with Proper Form
Here is a video demonstration on How to do the Cable Bicep Curl with Proper Form. This is more of a basic exercise as it only involves one joint moving through a range of motion but I want to make this video so that it’s clear on how to do this exercise properly. The cable bicep curl is a variation of the bicep curl that keeps constant tension through the range of motion, so that’s why I prefer this exercise over something like a dumbbell where you lose some of the tension when your arm is stacked at the top of the range of motion. Cable bicep curl offers a lot of tension and it can be a really good exercise to work biceps. Don’t go too heavy with his exercise and focus on your form.
