20230228-Blackface Hitler has Discovered Human Rights

To follow up on yesterday's video regarding the trivialization of extreme measures such as the "notwithstanding" clause of the constitution, today I post a little something I recorded in January (20230124).

Quebec, having gotten into the habit of using notwithstanding to stomp on minority language rights, has now decided to "notwithstanding" their violations of religious rights and freedoms.

This has Blackface Hitler madder than a wet hen.

Given Trudeau's utterly blasé attitude toward Quebec's habitual violation of language rights, why is he so upset about their violation of religious rights? Good ol' tyrannical, woke, secular dipwad Paints His Face should be happy that somebody, somewhere is violating someone's rights, right?

The law is worded in the language of secular society, but let's be honest, it's about Muslim women wearing hijabs and burkas. English speaking Quebecers are not a critical part of the trust fund tyrant's electoral base, but Muslims are.

English speaking Quebecers are not an important part of his cabinet, Muslims are.

And he's mad.

He's mad because the shoe is on the other foot. HIS people are having their rights violated, and HE'S not doing the violating.

And he's discovered it's not so much fun to be on the receiving end of capricious, tyrannical government overreach.
