Is Invisible Speed possible For Humans??

Clip from TV show Arrow featuring the crossover "Elsewhere" episodes. In this clip, Supergirl saves "Flash" (really Arrow) with an almost totally invisible speed bullet grab. This was totally awesome to see as I've trained and was taught by guys this fast and even faster. The second clip is from youtube showing a Russian guy throwing a near full on invisible strike to his friend. But it's possible to be even much faster than this... but it's still impressively fast and faster than Bruce Lee.
