HELP ME!!! Tech Issues (SOLVED....well, sort of)

My dudes, I really need help figuring out what to do with my storage situtation. I keep losing terrabytes of data everytime my RAID 5 crashes, and it happens often.

Any of you tech gurus out there PLEASE HELP! ****UPDATE - I had Synology send me a 6-bay NAS and it messed up and lost me years worth of data, photos, videos, etc that I'll never get back. They say there's nothing that can be done. I don't recommend Synology if you're trying to get a NAS set up. My next try is QNAP.
