Garth Testifies on SB 1009 in H&W Hearing

1) Shouldn't need to give so much info to testify.
2)How can you say you are for or against a bill if there are a bunch of issues in one bill? Legislators should consider and vote on one issue at a time.
3)There is no right to force someone to give you any service, including healthcare.
4)Mask mandates are a violation of the free exercise of conscience.
