In this episode of The Bald Brad Show, a woke leftists cries, it's not fair, that the taxpayer won't pay off student loans. Conservatives justices on the U.S. Supreme Court took aim at President Joe Biden’s plan for canceling some $400 billion in student loans and sticking taxpayers with the bill, implying Congressional approval may be required.

In August, Biden announced that the Department of Education, under Education Secretary Miguel Cardona, would unilaterally cancel up to $20,000 in unpaid loans for 40 million borrowers. The administration claimed the plan legal under the HEROES Act of 2003, enacted during the Iraq war to offer relief to service members and their families by temporarily freezing their student loans during times of war or national emergency.

Furthermore, our second segment of the day has a Florida student accused of violently attacking a high school teacher's aide will be charged as an adult and is being held on a $1 million bond.

Officials say the physical altercation between a 17-year-old student and teacher's aide happened on Feb. 21 when the teacher's aide took away the student's Nintendo Switch during class time.

The student is being charged as an adult and faces one felony count of aggravated battery on an elected official or education employee, according to FOX 35, adding that he's in jail being held on a $1 million bond.

The student became upset at the teacher's aide after she took away his Nintendo Switch during class.
