Harbor Freight Apex 5500lb Long Drum Winch

A step-by-step description of how I assembled the winch onto the Harbor Freight 12000lb winch mount.
This setup is meant to be transferable between vehicles.
The winch, with snatch block, had no issue pulling the 4450lb Discovery onto the trailer as a steep angle.
