“Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends” (John 15:13). Our world has not only slid into moral decay, but we have also lost the ability to tell compelling stories because we fail to distinguish between true love and sexual deviancy. “Get woke go broke,” is more than just a truism, it is the inevitable destination of bad storytelling. The woke ideology is not enough to sustain a good narrative, much less a life worth living. Augustine tells us of his great love which was lost. Thank God Hollywood hasn’t corrupted this love story as of yet!
