Assessor answers tough questions to BOCC in HR meeting

2/28/23 Kootenai County BOCC: Human Resources meeting had an interesting agenda item: Elected Assessor Operating Outside BOCC Procedure for Adverse Employment Action and $20,000 Deductible. When the Assessor didn't show up to the meeting, the BOCC had to go on a 10-minute recess to get him to come down for this agenda item. This interaction makes one wonder...what is going on in the Assessor's office??
