Welcome back to another episode of Yeti Kitchen!
Today we're making a classic that was popular in the 1930s, Steak Diane. This delicious and once popular dish was served table side, creating an entertaining show for restaurant patrons. This dish was named after the roman goddess of the hunt, Diane. This dish requires flambe action, so you can guess why it is no longer so common. This said, if you are under age PLEASE GET AN ADULT TO HELP YOU COOK THIS DISH as there will be an alcohol-fueled open flame present. Thank you again for all your support and viewership!
