Ricky Paulin, Clarinetist

This is the spot where I first encountered Ricky; in the same year this video was shot. I was already playing there when he arrived and attempted to convince me I would to better with my acoustic guitar and harmonica somewhere else; and, even though the glassed in walkway back into the store that is behind him creates like a speaker cabinet of sound, my shit wasn't loud enough; but Ricky's shit is; as you can plainly hear.
I would label this video "Dude, whoever you are who is shooting this video standing 4 feet from me; you're blowing up my hustle; for some reason tourists are just slinking past. Like, maybe you're making it look like we're here to shoot a video, and if they stepped in the way to throw a 50 in my tip jar, they would ruin the video; or something..."
