I have a major issue every winter and autumn, and that issue is the lack of sunlight.

Now don't get me wrong I really enjoy the different seasons and to be experiencing them is a blessing and I know this.

But the sun not being in the sky for as long as it is in the summer really bums me out.

I have tried all sorts of supplements but nothing is like light on your face.

I used to have an alarm clock that was a sun light, it was ok.. but it was a bit too big and I couldn't just have it on as it worked with time like any alarm does.

I have finally found a small compact, and mobile sunlamp that has really helped me and I think you should check it out to if you suffer from SAD or seasonal affective disorder.
