[LIVE] Day Trading | What a Wild Ride!

Buckle in. We have ourselves a wild ride of a day! I know everyone is different, but in terms of speaking for myself, I prefer peaceful rides in the market. When the waters are calm, the ride is smooth and things are relaxing. Unfortunately though, the reality of day trading online is this: some days are going to be wild! I need to be very clear though. Being “wild” does not mean you are behaving as a degenerate gambler and flying by the seat of your pants. I am talking about “being wild” from the vantage point of having a strategy with risk management rules. If anything, “wild days” show just how powerful a day trading strategy can be. Even when the waters may be rough and choppy, you can still survive. Do you necessarily “thrive”? Nope! But does a wild ride mean you blow up your account or have a terrible day? Nope! Manage risk and follow the rules of your strategy and when the wild rides show up, they’re manageable and keep you in control.
