The Challenges of Starting a College in Saudi Arabia

In a presentation to the Southern Ontario Western New York Rotary, DAVE TAYLOR recounts his experience from 2014-2016 as the founding Dean of Niagara College's initial off-shore campuses in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Dave shares stories and provides cultural context for Niagara College Canada's role in starting college campuses from scratch within very trying cultural, political, business, government, and social circumstances.
