Autism has its struggles, however, to help with these issues that autism throws at us during everyday life I have some must-have essential items that I have to carry with me every day.

My Kit:

1. AirPods (noise cancelling headphones)
Because autism comes with sensory processing issues, I cannot go without my noise cancelling headphones to block out sound.

2. Brillia
Brillia is a homeopathic medicine you can get to help with anxiety and irritability. This is perfect for Autism and ADHD. It is also prescription free and super natural.

3. iPhone / iPad
Organisation and remembering is not a strong point for me, and others on the spectrum share this issue. So I use my iPhone and iPad to help organise my life with apps that help remind me and help me stay on task.

4. Sunglasses
Because autism hand sensory processing disorder have such a strong relationship it is so helpful to have sunglasses with me to block out some light and also hide my eyes when talking to people.
