Amber Alert issued for Cincinnati toddler taken from babysitter

Brandon Rozier Jr.'s mother dropped him off at his babysitter's house Thursday morning. When she returned hours later, he was gone. Rozier is Black with braided hair, last seen in black clothing. Police believe Lucy Renee Bullock took the child. She is Black, 5-foot-3 and 135 pounds believed to be driving a 2009 black Saturn SUV with Ohio license plate JVU5960.
