Ready Player One Autism Character (DID YOU SEE?)

Did you know James Halliday from Ready Player One Is autistic?!

This is super interesting! As a HUGE VR fan I finally had the chance to sit and watch Ready Player One (however my ADHD still won't let me finish it).

So while I was watching it I noticed the main character who built the entire VR world that the movie is set in (James Halliday), seemed to have an interesting way of talking and was like a super intellect.

This got me thinking, DANG this guy has autism!

SO I noticed he has monotone talking, he didn't make eye contact, had terrible social skills and was a massive coding lover and computer game / pop culture nerd.

So i googled around and found that in the book of the same title, autism is referenced specifically to the character.

I think this is super cool and like really awesome for the autism community to see more awesome characters in the media like James Halliday.
