Ireland "lucky & privileged" to be a net EU contributor

Fine Gael Junior Minister Jennifer Carroll MacNeill says that Ireland is "very lucky & privileged" to be a net contributor to the EU & able to "support our European friends" through the billions of euros invested into refugee accommodation.
