Really?!!

[Transitional Times Poem Collection] -
A little fun one, written in August 2022 – expressing some ‘exasperation’ at the barriers being experienced in ‘willingness to be aware’ of how current issues impact on us all!!

For those wondering – you can take your pick of ‘issues’ over the last while!! Be it – mask wearing compliance, experimental mrna vaccine uptake and id passport, exclusive entry based on medical ‘compliance’; political misrepresentation and emergency power legislation; media manipulation; homelessness; human trafficking; unprecedented and undocumented immigration (Ireland and various countries worldwide); child trafficking and abuse issues; cashless society drive; digital id push; etc. etc. etc.!!

Complacency is at the core – there is much power in each strong voice – and together we stop the decline and change things for the better.

This creation has been placed into my 'Transitional Times' poem category which contains 'a variety of Motivational and Commentary poems exploring issues of the time'.

Yada, yada, yada,
It doesn’t affect me.

Yada, yada, yada,
Agh, it’s just a conspiracy.

Yada, yada, yada,
Well, just let’s wait and see.

Yada, yada, yada,
What was, will not now be.
