These are gene transfer technology products and they are classified that way by DARPA and the military. They are used to try to have the body express a foreign protein in the attempt to try to gain immunity. It's a disasterous idea because the human body should only express human proteins within cells and on cell surfaces. By expressing constantly an abnormal foreign protein the body attacks itself and causes auto immunity.
