People can tell us our whole life we are smart, beautiful and so on and we will still not believe because we haven't created that understanding within ourselves.

Self-esteem, self-confidence comes from Self. You have to create it and how you do it is through hard work, make small wins each day and they will build up to a level so that no one can tell you otherwise. No one can tell you that you're not good enough cause now you know within yourself what you are capable of.
Their words won't have power and most importantly your bitch voice will loose it's power and your boss voice will gain power!
