Today, for the first time in my life, I try cooking a lamb roast! Let's see if I can get it to turn out!

What I used was:
1.6kg leg of lamb
1 head garlic
2 onions
Salt and pepper
Rosemary
2 cups beef stock
1 cup water
Potatoes
Peas
Flour for the gravy
Olive oil

Oven temperature was 160c fan forced (320f)

Cook time was 3 hours covered with foil
Then another 40 mins uncovered (3 hours 40 all up)
Add another hour for a 2.5kg roast

Potatoes were boiled, dried, covered in olive oil and baked for an hour.
