How To Make Fish Cakes

Today I show you how to make some delicious smoked salmon fish cakes, they are so easy to make and taste awesome, what i used today was approximately :

2 or 3 potatoes
100g smoked salmon ( or any other cooked fish)
2 spring onion
teaspoon mustard
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons sour cream
1 sprig dill
1 egg
bread crumbs

Pretty much just use what you want and measurements don't have to be exact.
