GregO's Philly Cheese Steak Sub Sandwich

Today I make a delicious Philly Cheese Steak, it's so simple and easy, let me show you how I like to make mine!

Ingredients:
350g beef
olive oil
¼ red capsicum – sliced
¼ yellow capsicum – sliced
½ large brown onion – sliced
Small bunch flat-leaf parsley
4 x torpedo style bread rolls
150g provolone cheese (don't over do this cheese, it's very strong and pungent!)
Additional sauces and mustards – to serve
