When vegetable and seed oils
form the largest part of oils in
our diet:
These oxidized products absorbed through
chylomicrons, and attack the liver
They get oxidized very quickly!
Example:
Walnut oil oxidizes within 6 hours of processing
Even olive oil doesn’t get a pass

The safest fat?
should be solid at room temperature
The more solid, the less prone to oxidation
and
We must control blood sugar levels

Study:
Number of oxidized products in the blood stream was
an order of magnitude greater in those with
highly fluctuating blood sugar levels!

Dr Mason recommends:
avoid all liquid fats, including fish oil supplements
and olive oil
Only get oil & fat from fish and other animal foods.
If still having liquid oils, MUST have strict blood sugar control
