Insomnia: Why Can't I Sleep?? | VLOG

In this VLOG style video, I share with you about how I've been dealing with insomnia. This is a more recent thing I've been dealing with and the last several days have been pretty ugly. As you can see in the video, I am not my "normal self". I'll share with you what I'm doing to try to prevent these episodes of insomnia from happening and would love to hear from any of you who may be dealing with the same and have found something that works for you.

Also, on a brighter note, our newest family addition, hops onto the screen to make his YouTube debut! Meet Boo, he's a 3 & 1/2 month old Holland Lop with blue eyes and is the sweetest ever. He's super cuddly and a joy to have around.
