After a side detour to recruit the Eidolon King Leviathan and Queen Asura to Rydia's ranks, the time has now come to enter the sealed cave to retrieve the final crystal and keep it out of Golbez's hands. However, after destroying the final trap guarding the crystal, Golbez manages to get inside Kain's mind one more time to swipe the crystal for himself. So now he has all of them, and the Tower of Babel has been activated...
