March 4, 2023, the inauguration of the Honorable Donald John Trump as the First President and Commander-in-Chief of the US Constitution Military of the Second Constitutional Republic of The United States of America, in accordance with the 1787 United States Constitution, Article II, Section 2, Clause I. The Honorable John C. White, Jr. of Arkansas has been sworn-in as 2021 Third Continental Congress (TCC) Speaker of the House of Representatives and shall be responsible for swearing-in the 200 TCC Congress members from all 50 United States of America.

According to tradition, I hereby resign my position of 2021 Third Continental Congress Secretary of State, to make way for President Donald John Trump to fill all his cabinet positions.

It has been my honor to have served God’s children of The United States of America and praise God for the opportunity to do so.
